The Customer Experience Agent makes sure that Voima's Customers can enjoy a memorable service experience.

Role and tasks

You will

• ensure that Voima delivers best-in-class Customer service.
• handle inbound and outbound calls and emails in relation to Voima’s products and services.
• cooperate with other units and functions, such as sales, middle office and back office to ensure Customer queries are handled timely.
• carry out activities according to predefined processes and identify process improvements when necessary.
• keep close dialogue with Customers over the phone and email to understand their needs and expectations, communicating these to the relevant departments in a timely manner.
• function as Voima’s first contact in welcoming Customers to our branch and ensuring they have a great experience.
• support in-office management activities.
• handle possible Customer reclamations.

• maintain a relationship with already onboarded Customers as per a predefined schedule.
• develop service procedures, policies and standards ensuring flexibility and continuous improvement of Customer satisfaction.
• ensure the meeting and setting of business requirements towards internal and external stakeholders to improve overall deliveries.
• support Voima's sales unit.
