Our customer base has grown significantly and our will to continue to improve the service has grown with it. We have acquired a comprehensive insurance cover for the stored gold, and will also start conducting quarterly audits of all the customer assets beginning from early 2019. The auditing of which we will inform of in more detail at a later time, will be done by a third party. Our company is also currently making other significant investments which will further improve the gold storage, security, level of service and logistics.
Updated Terms of Service
We have further sharpened and clarified our Terms of Service. No major changes have been made to the Terms of Service themselves. We do however strongly encourage all of our clients to always read the updated Terms of Service, in order to ensure that they represent your true expectations of the service. Pricing changes - Storage fee
In light of these service improvements, we will start charging a storage fee, starting from 2019.
The storage fee is 0.09% / month (1.075% p.a. effective expense) and it will be charged the first day of every calendar month. The fee will be charged directly from your gold account, and will not require any actions from you.
No storage fee for current holdings or any holdings acquired by the 31st of December 2018
The new storage fee will not be charged of current holdings.
Also, the storage fee will not be charged of any purchases that have been confirmed by the 31st of December 2018, 23:59 EET*. Therefore all the purchases confirmed from the 1st of January 2019 and onwards will be subject to the Storage fee charge.
