Can I use any account for Voima Account-related transfers?
Answer
No, deposits must be made from a bank account held in your own name. This is in line with EU Regulation (EU) 2024/886 on instant payments in euro, which requires the payee's name and account number to match in order to prevent errors and fraud.

If you have a shared account with e.g. your spouse, you need to provide Voima with proof that you are the co-owner of the account. Suitable proof includes a bank statement or a screenshot of your online banking details, showing that you are the account holder.

To send the proof securely to Voima, please contact the Customer Support and let them know, that you would like to send the proof. The Customer Support will then send you a Securemail, to which you can reply and attach the proof to the message.

Furthermore, Voima does not accept payments made from another company's customer asset account.
