If you have a shared account with e.g. your spouse, you need to provide Voima with proof that you are the co-owner of the account. Suitable proof includes a bank statement or a screenshot of your online banking details, showing that you are the account holder.
To send the proof securely to Voima, please contact the Customer care and let them know, that you would like to send the proof. The Customer care will then send you a Securemail, to which you can reply and attach the proof to the message.
