Voima begins cooperation with Signicat

New partnership

Voima's mission is to create the safest bank by leading the change to gold-based financial services. The company aspires to offer daily banking services, like saving and credit, based on sound money—gold. Security is a top priority in this field, whether it has to do with creating or logging in to an account, organising KYC processes or signing electronic documents. Simultaneously, these experiences should be as user-friendly as possible for the Customer.

Hence the cooperation with Signicat is a great step forward.

Signicat was chosen as the new service provider since their services are, first and foremost, easy to use from the Customer's point of view. They have a comprehensive palette of services, the quality of their solutions is very high and they provide easy interface-based integration.

Signicat's solution includes a strong identification with the use of electronic BankID-type methods, remote passport or other ID document verification that covers 150 countries. In addition, they provide organisational background information in accordance with AML/CFT requirements, such as beneficial owners, ownership structure, sanction list findings, governance and signature rights.

Signicat also provides Voima with an e-signature service for contract management; the service includes strong identification and an agreement that is legally binding and a transferable proof that the terms have been accepted in a mutual fashion.
